Having free time is a must since it helps us balance our emotional health at times when we are not productive. Therefore, it is essential to manage it in the best way because it has direct consequences on our health. 

People have several aspects in their lives, such as social and work life. We appreciate those people who manage to balance both aspects, because it means they have a good quality of life. 

By having variety, they will always find reinforcements to help them when a disappointment occurs. For example, if a company project doesn’t go well, a hug will comfort them. Free time is the most important reinforcement and the one that will give us the most joy.

How to have free time?

To achieve a good organization we must know what our priorities are, think about the time we need to devote to them and the order they deserve to be devoted. Of course, these must be realistic things that we can do, if they do not bring us benefits we should also put them aside. This way, we will get more time for what really matters, we will enjoy it more and we will have more peace of mind. 

Another way to get more time is to disconnect from everything digital, break with routine, improvise. This way we will control the time better and we will have less pressure to make the same decisions every time.

To stop having irrational beliefs, we must:

  • Not to obsess about the future, something can always happen, but at the moment we cannot do anything to avoid it so we should not think about it.
